Chris came and was very thorough and informative as he was able to remove the hive and the majority of bees. I called for service and got an appointment the next day. However, the bee swarm moved on and only left 3 bees behind before my appointment. I called Jessica to see if I could push the appointment to later in the day as that’s when I noticed the swarm at its worst. She said since there are only a few bees today, then most likely they have moved on and it’s ok to cancel if I wanted to. She said if they come back, to call and they would come out and take care of it. How refreshing to encounter such integrity. She could’ve kept the appointment and when they got here said I didn’t need their services and charge me the service fee, but didn’t do that. This was pretty amazing. Not cheap though but you get what you pay for. I called and the phone was answered on the second ring on a Saturday afternoon. While I was still on the phone with the receptionist the removal expert was already calling me. He was polite and patient. He was ready to come right away but we had already hired someone who did a very poor job and left me with more bees outside than there were originally when the infested RV was placed on my property.Mr. Romeo came within an hour of being called and was done in 20 minutes during which most of the bees were either removed or left on their own. 3 hours after he left, I have only a dozen bees flying around that are not my normal bees from my garden but that's nothing considering we started with thousands. Two hives were removed and he provides a 3-month guarantee in writing. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this professional to anyone with a major bee issue.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! This company is the best with handling bees. The technician, Chris, really put us at ease. Somehow a bee hive was building inside a vented area in one of our home's walls. We had contacted another company at first. They were just going to kill the bees, but not remove the hive, which would only attract new bees. Chris removed the bee hive and the bees. We had a pretty bad yellow jacket hive that erupted after I hit it with a lawn mower on a Sunday afternoon. Because it was close to a sidewalk and they were still swarming, we didn't want to wait until the next day.
